What happens to my letters if I move back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Letters already scheduled still go out on their dates. New letters follow the Free limits.
How long are my letters kept?
On every plan, letters stay in your account until you delete them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Why does Legacy cost more?
Legacy is for letters meant to arrive years from now. Part of each payment is set aside so those letters still go out on their dates.
